AWS infrastructure services in the US data centre experienced an anomaly, impacting B-end admin panel access and C-end order placement and checkout processes.
The data modules, including Real-time Analysis, Data Overview, and Data Reports, have been fully restored.

- ✅ Restored: B-end Store backend access and C-end customer checkout/ordering flows have been restored. 🔄 Still Recovering: The Admin-data dashboard, new order display in order lists, installed apps list, sales channels, and related flows dependent on plugins remain affected. Work is ongoing.
